Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card needed. Quotes are unlimited, you get 5 invoices a month, and you can have as many customers as you like, for as long as you like.
What counts as an invoice?
Each invoice you send counts as one. Quotes are always unlimited, so you can quote as much as you like on any plan.
What happens when I need more than 5 invoices a month?
Nothing gets deleted. Move up to App for £9 a month and send as many as you like. Your quotes, invoices and customers all come with you.
Why £299 to £499 for the website?
We design and build your website for you: your name, your logo, your photos and your services, set up so Google can find it. It isn’t a template you fill in yourself, and it’s a fraction of what a web designer usually charges. After that, the £29 a month covers hosting, updates and the app.
What decides whether my site is £299 or £499?
Mainly how many pages and services you need. A simple site with your services, projects and an enquiry form is £299. Bigger sites with more pages cost more, up to £499. We’ll agree a fixed price with you before we start.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your web address is registered in your name. If you ever leave, it stays yours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every plan is month to month, so you can cancel any time. The website build is a one-off payment and isn’t refunded once your site has been built.
Is there a catch?
No. No per-lead fees and no paying for enquiries. The work your website brings in is yours.
